DESCRIPTION:

Mat 2 - a continuation of Mat 1 - completes the remaining intermediate and advanced level exercises for you to gain full understanding of the Pilates Mat program. The theory component of the course includes progressive skill development for you to achieve the advanced exercises, and to successfully create intermediate and advanced Mat classes.
