Application to improve Lower Body Alignment
We will be taking a close look at 3 common misalignments of the lower body and how to train balance and functional movement on both traditional Pilates equipment (Reformer and Matwork) and non-traditional equipment (CoreAlign, MOTR, Bodhi). Learn several exercises or sequences for each misalignment on one or more pieces of equipment.
We will focus on 3 main parts: hip, knee, ankle/foot and group similar or at least ‘same-joint’ issues together (i.e. hip: imbalances like ant/post tilt, up/downslip, rotations; knee: hyperextension, bow/knock knee; foot: pro/supination)
