Balanced Body® Test Out Review Workshop
The objective of this workshop is to do a review of the foundation course/modules for each of the following Balanced Body® program — Movement Principles, Mat 1 and Reformer 1, led by Master Instructor and Balanced Body® Educator Aparna Shah. We'll be focusing on the key content and exercises to facilitate preparation and of course to answer any questions that you may have during practice or after the course. For Movement Principles, Aparna will be mainly running through the various principles and demonstrating the exercises covered in the course.
how to cue for Flexion, Extension, Side-F, rotation, and dynamic movements. We will talk about the principles here. Also go through the pivotal/complicated exercises.
Each session is 4 hours focusing on one Course/Module. You can choose to come for any of the workshops or all of them.
