DESCRIPTION:
Be your best version of a GYROKINESIS® instructor when you train under Justine Bernard Master Trainer in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, based in US, who is also the owner and founder of Elements Fitness and Wellness Center, her own orthopedic and neurologic private practice and GYROTONIC® exercise center in Glover Park. She worked in acute rehabilitation, inpatient acute care, and outpatient rotations in several major New York City hospitals.

- Prerequisites for this course:
- Successful completion of the GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Foundation Course
- After teaching a minimum of 30 GYROKINESIS® Class hours and the Supervised Apprentice Course, you may participate in the Final Certificate Course.
