DESCRIPTION:

Reformer 2 includes intermediate exercises and modifications designed for group and individual instruction. This 16-hour course expands the potential of the Reformer with intermediate and advanced exercises and modifications along with programs designs for special populations including pre–and post–natal clients and clients with osteoporosis and lower back injuries. Class design, dynamic assessment and correcting common dysfunctional movement patterns are also included.

Anatomy in 3 Dimensions Course required before Test Out.

The course duration may be slightly extended by 30 min to 1h depending on the number of participants to maximise the learning experience.
Deferment: 
- Less than 7 days from the course date - 50% of the course fee. 
- More than 7 days from the course date - $50.
