Human beings are born to run! GYROTONIC® Applications for Runners is the ideal user guide for anatomically correct running - from beginners to professionals. In this course students learn how to prepare the body for a lifetime of efficient, injury-free, enjoyable running.

    • Learning a healthy running technique 
    • Exercises to prepare our bodies for running with the Gyrotonic apparatus
    • A warm-up/aerobic sequence for runners designed by Juliu Horvath
