Requirements for Completion
To become a fully qualified Balanced Body® Bodhi Suspension System Instructor, students must complete the following:
- Balanced Body® Bodhi Suspension System – Course Work and Practical Test (16 hours)
- 20 personal sessions
- 20 teaching sessions
- Practical Test out / Exam

Total Hours for the Completion of Balanced Body® Bodhi Suspension System course: 56 hours
Upon completion of all of the requirements, a certificate of completion as a Balanced Body® Bodhi Suspension System Instructor will be issued.
