Curious about the history of Pilates? Consider this workshop a "greatest hits" of exercise variations from the Pilates elders. A longtime student of Kathy Grant and certified by Romana Kryzanowska, Blossom has also studied the Carola Trier lineage with Debora Lessen and learned Even Gentry and Ron Fletcher work from her colleagues and teachers over her 30+ years of industry experience. Each of these lineages has value, and each has differences in approach, emphasis and choreography.

This workshop examines where the lineages intersect and how they differ, surveying the landscape of Pilates history for a deeper understanding of the work. This is an ideal workshop for seasoned instructors who are curious about the work of the Pilates elders, as well as newer teachers seeking to build their own repertoire and enhance their teaching.
