What is strength & strength training? Strength is the Ability/ capability for the body to overcome a large force or an opposing forces. Strength training (also known as resistance exercise) increases muscle strength by making muscles work against a weight or force. Resistance exercise is considered a form of anaerobic exercise.

 

About Trainer Kelvin Tan:

Having keen interests in body movements and biomechanics is what Kelvin Tan always has. His ongoing passion in making a difference in a person, Intrinsic or Extrinsic, has always motivated him to pursue what he does today. 

Coaching wise, he has been a freelance contractor Les Mills Asia Pacific trainer/ presenter since 2010. His vast experience in conducting module trainings and quarterly workshops has gained him a skillset in coaching & connection, which helps most people benefit and understand from his trainings and workshops. 

He is also a seasoned amateur road cycling enthusiast who loves cycling biomechanics and training. He typically spends 8 to 14hrs every week riding/ training.
