Known for her playful yet powerful teaching style, Blossom brings a wealth of knowledge shaped by over seventeen years of study with Pilates Elder Kathleen Stanford Grant — one of only two people ever certified to teach Pilates by Joseph Pilates himself.

Blossom’s teaching blends her own extensive experience with the traditional methods of Romana Kryzanowska and Kathy Grant’s creative, challenging approach. Her ability to seamlessly integrate diverse Pilates lineages makes her a highly sought-after educator across the U.S. and internationally.
