Osteoporosis is one of the most common causes of fractures, not only for older adults and postmenopausal women but for many others too. The good news is that with safe and intelligent movement, we can help people stay strong, balanced, and confident in daily life.
In this workshop, you’ll learn not just what to teach but how to support clients with osteoporosis safely through progressive Pilates-based movement, from building solid foundations to developing strength and confidence. We’ll learn through movement, exploring exercises you can apply right away in your own body and with your clients.
You’ll Learn:
• Key movement principles for bone health and Osteoporosis
• How to design safe, effective progressions from foundational to more challenging options
• Ways to modify Pilates exercises on the mat and with apparatus
• Teaching strategies to improve posture, balance, and confidence

Prerequisite:
A Pilates background is recommended.
