Cindy believes that everybody should enjoy pain free movement regardless of age, body type and physical history. She has over ten years of experience in leading group exercises and providing personal training.
Cindy's passion for Pilates grew from her desire to relieve pain she experienced from a lumbar herniated disc, due to excessive aerobics teaching, and her difficult second childbirth. Pilates has helped Cindy to achieve comfort and wellness. It is an important part of her life as she feels it not only improves her mind and body awareness, but it also helps her gain control over her emotions.
Since becoming a certified instructor, Cindy has worked with many clients to regain functionality and to improve their quality of life. She realizes the importance of ongoing training and actively tries to find more ways to empower her clients by providing them with the tools for self-therapy.
In 2019, Cindy decided to focus on her personal development goals in her career by joining the Balanced Body Faculty Training Program to become a Master Instructor. She finds it exciting to teach students who are familiar with Pilates. As quoted by her, "Teaching a student requires a different approach". She look forward to the day she gets the opportunities to teach Pilates courses in Taiwan and China.
