Sign up for this Balanced Body® Certification Program to become a fully qualified Balanced Body® Mat and Reformer Instructor.
This is an intensive certification program to help you get on the fast track in becoming your best version of a movement instructor. To help you feel confident, ready and equipped with the knowledge and skills to teach clients on the Reformer, we're providing you with Complimentary 3 months studio practice (worth $300).

Balanced Body® Movement Principles Course (10 January 2025 - 12 January 2025)
- Movement Principles is mandatory for everyone beginning their Balanced Body® Instructor course. This course provides a solid foundation for training in any environment, with any equipment. For more details, click here.
