This immersive 4-hour workshop explores the foundations of true core stability through the lens of the Franklin Method®. Modern life weakens our core — not just physically, but also mentally.
Modern life keeps us seated and disconnected. We slouch, breathe shallowly, and lose our sense of internal support.
This workshop offers a movement-based solution to rebuild posture, strength, and embodied awareness from the inside out.
In this workshop, you can expect to:
- Understand what your core truly is — beyond abs and planks
- Re-educate your spine, pelvis, and diaphragm to function in harmony
- Reduce neck, shoulder, and lower back tension
- Improve posture, breathing, and movement efficiency
- Build emotional resilience through core awareness
- Learn practical, sustainable techniques you can apply daily
This workshop is ideal for desk workers and sedentary professionals, movement teachers and wellness coaches, individuals with posture-related tension or discomfort and anyone curious about how their body truly works.
